Overview

Yu Cun is one of the representative artists of Chinese contemporary art.
In the artistic performance, Yuncun strives to return himself to the "native "
state of the art. He admires the primitive stage of the artistic nature of human
beings and the kind of childlike nature that is unpretentious, natural, and childish.
He pursues a relaxed and free creative state that does not require rational
intervention, which is a realm that is difficult for painters who have undergone
rigorous professional training.
