Overview

The subject of Hwang’s work is the “Circulation of Life”. In a broad view,

this will also be understood as “reincarnation thought” in Eastern philosophy.

However, it does not explain the world after death, but rather portrays

a “multidimensional world” co-existing with another different dimension

we meet in this world. It reveals the perspective of an “adult fairy tale“

where childhood and adulthood are harmoniously integrated.

Traveling bags, classic cars, old phonographs, light aircraft, classic sofas,
lolli pops, winged horses, puppet dolls ...... especially the puppet representing
the main character, repeatedly appear in the same pose in the picture,
making people think of where perhaps, or in a dream, they have seen a déjà vu
scene, thus triggering the butterfly effect. The trance-like city and country in

the distance of the river is the utopia of dreams and Paraguayan paradise,
the window or river is the eternal channel to rescue human beings, and the

multi-dimensional world is thus interconnected.
