NOMAD IDEA: HWANG Jeasung's Solo Exhibition

ARL Gallery is honored to present Korean artist Hwang JeaSung's solo exhibition NOMAD IDEA in China. The exhibition presents a total of 19 selected works by the artist, all of which have been exhibited in ARTL Shanghai Space and Suzhou Space. Hwang JeaSung shows the audience a surreal atmosphere through his aesthetic imagination. He emphasizes the gorgeousness without losing the neutrality in the use of colors, creating a dreamlike reality. The puppet "Pinocchio" is the representative protagonist of his main series of works, a puppet who wishes to become a human, projecting a self-portrait of most people who wish to escape from reality. For adults who are tired of everyday life, feeling childlike innocence is a great comfort.
