The painting process feels like pursuing the object of one's desire,
using all one's mental and physical strength, impulse, premeditation,
arrangement, repetition, entanglement, and pain,
unlike the Western view of love which is so direct and intense,
and the object of this love affair is still nothingness.
Thinking about the meaning of life is the beginning of my art creation.
The thinking behind my recent creation and exhibition gives me
a sense of unreality, and the attempt to justify the name of art and to authorize
the rationality of artistic behavior once again strengthens this feeling.
